Could use a little help on a few questions please. I am goin to upgrade my daughter's older cop, a Presario 1275, with dvd and some more ram. What drives will work in this machine? Anything from a 1200? Here are some part #s of a few good deals available to me.

    Compaq part #169799-001
    Compaq part #202952-001
    Compaq part #222123-001

    The ram I found is,
    Compaq part #239189-001

Will any of these items work? I thik they were pulled from a Presario 1200. Thanx for any help folks.

If you are buying it from HP, I'd say the chances it will work are fairly high. If you know which type of memory it is, you can probably get it cheaper elsewhere. You may want to send Ultradrives.com a note. They specialize in laptop drives amongst other things and may know what will fit. Good Luck.
