    If I buy a Yonah laptop from Powernotebooks.com, can I send them the laptop back for upgrading the processor to a Merom? Is that covered under their warranty?

    He did mention that they would offer the service. Something like the cost of the new processor + $50 or so. And shipping to/from wouldn't be covered either. I don't think it's worth the expense for the relatively small performance gains.
