You mean that for once, Intel's gotten its head out of its buttocks and released a GOOD IGP?
I'll hold my breath until the GMA HD lands in notebooks, inevitably underclocked.

    Yes.

I think the IGP in Clarkdale should be able to do Radeon HD4550 in performance(20-30% faster than 4350). If the overclocked CPU didn't result in overclocked IGP in that benchmark, that means the GPU is at 533MHz. If that's true, the 900MHz IGP should be on par with 9500GT DDR2.

The regular Arrandale's have only 500Mhz GPU clock but Graphics Turbo will be able to clocked up to 766MHz. That said, Arrandale laptops will only support DDR3-1066, maybe DDR3-1333 if lucky, which should result in GPU performance of G6950.

The preview of the processors will be tomorrow, December 17th. I think Intel will allow reviewers to benchmark them.

    Dont trust the benchies. xD
Its nice that Intel finally made a "working" igp solution.
Just curious how it will compare to ATI or Nvidia's new low end cards once they get released.

There was never anything wrong with the "old" integrated graphics so far.

I just hope they kept the power draw under control.
(from earlier posts on NBR it seems they did)
