    Pleae help me out i have a alienware m18xr2 my laptop is working fine nothing happened i have only issue with optical driver.
    When ever i put a disk in my blu ray driver it dont read it just eject it after several seconds like 10seconds and eject every discs well my driver was ok and i didnt used that much
    I dont knw how this issue occur plese help me out and i did upgrade my laptop bios version several months ago and i dont remember puttiny disc before updating occur same issue or not

    Have you not got another computer to try you burner on, as if it works it must be an driver error.

    You could go into device manger and check the driver for the burnder, even delete it, so it is re-installed, restart your computer.

    check the laser lens for dirt clean with a q-tip
