You will have to buy the 64bit version.

And you have to be sure that you're laptop can run 64bit before you do it, do you have a 64bit capable laptop?

And why do you wanna run a 64bit OS?

The T8300 (and all familiar processors) are 64bit capable.
Games, software and drivers are a different subject seeing they are dependent of the used OS. 99% of the current software is compatible with 64bits OS, but your best bet before migrating from 32bit to 64bit is to check if everything you usually use (games, software) is compatible with 64bit OS aswell as checking if there are 64bit compatible drivers for your hardware components (which i bet there is because your laptop is quite recent)

The games are compatible. Recent games wont give you any kind of problem, its the older ones that might.

About Dox drivers i cant tell for sure. Apparently they are but i would recommend you to do some search on google just to be on the safe side.

I talked with DELL and they are sending me free copy of 64 bit.
    Thats good for me.
I hope I will experience the same way as of 32 bit with no much problems.

You cant upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. Reason being the 32bit OS cant execute the 64 bit disc. You will have to do a fresh install if you want 64 bit.
