I'm thinking of upgrading my M18x boot drive. The 128GB C300 wasn't enough apparently. I'm planning to buy an OCZ Vertex 3 240GB. I was wondering if this would be good upgrade aside from the capacity. Please let me know your opinions and experiences with this SSD.

I wouldn't touch OCZ with a 20ft pole. Out of all the SSD makers, they tend to have the most unreliable drives, and their customer support is just terrible.

You could check out a Crucial M4 or Samsung 830, both of which are often on sale (ever since a few weeks ago). Just keep an eye out in the Tech Bargains section.
