I am considering buying a Thinkpad T430 from Lenovo, but I stumble upon the question of picking a better discrete graphics card. I don't know which graphics card works better.

The N13-NS ships with an i5-3210m processor, whereas the NVS 5200 ships with the i5-3320 and i7-3520 processors.

I am debating which setup to get.

Also, how well does either graphics card work with Maya 2012 or Source Filmmaker?

    Thanks!

Afaik, the only dGPU that's offered on the T430 is the NVS 5400M... and that's all I can see on the Lenovo website at the moment. Where are you seeing N13-NS or NVS 5200M?

    I'm sorry, I meant the T430s.

Pretty sure it's still the same thing... as in N13S-NM = NVS 5200M. Someone's just doing a poor job keeping the site consistent. I just saw one blurb that claimed the T430 had the 5200M, too.
