    Well is the fan actually spinning, or is it stopped. My HWMonitor sometimes will tell me my mobo is running at 500C which would obviously melt it. You said it stopped working and software says its stopped but I would physically check it.

    And are they beta drivers or official drivers? If I were you I would just go back to the old drivers if they decrease your performance.

    Sorry for bumping this thread, but I don't know how to message privately so need to post here.

    Well all of the monitoring software that i've used says the fan's not running at all. And I don't think i can physically check it without voiding my warranty, can i? And either way, I wouldn't know how to open it so i don't think i should.

    The drivers are the official ones downloaded from AMD's website. I don't know what version my previous drivers were either. :[

    You will feel the airflow from the fan if you put your hand near the exhaust.

    and opening the back just to check if your fans are turning properly will not void your warranty
