    Hi guys,
I need to make an extra partition on my laptops hard drive in order to install Ubuntu. The hard drive is already partitioned in two parts C and D, where C has 150 Gb and D has 500 Gb. I want to use some of the amounts from partition D and use this for Ubuntu, f.ex 100 Gb.
Can someone explain whether its possible and if so can it be done with any partition program, I already have EASUS Partition Master.

    thanks in advance.
