I'm thinking of treating myself to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231154

For Christmas. I am also considering buying vista 64-bit.

I remember though that some people were having trouble with 4gb in a IFL90, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or knew of anything that may go wrong before I purchase.

    Thanks!

all i know is you will need the Vista 64-bit for your computer to take full advantage of the ram. I don't know why there would be a problem.

I heard some laptops couldn't handle the CAS latencies or something.

I'm mainly double checking for comfort reasons.

Will the timings of 4-4-4-12 mess with anything though?
