    Hey is it possible to replace a WXGA HP monitor on a DV7t witha res of 1400*900 witha a WUXGA monitor???????

    From what I see on HP site, they only offer upto WSXGA+ (1680x1050), but if they ever offered a WUXGA screen, and if you can find that exact model, then yes you can.
    Since notebook LCD panels are normally very specific, you cant just connect any 17” WUXGA to your dv7t. However, if you are lucky, dv7t and some other HP 17” series notebook might be using compatible panels, therefore you might be able to fix one of those to yours. BUT finding a compatible model is not going to be easy.
