    Hello
    I wouldlike to know if there is possible to get same converting or adaptor
    like on the picture BUT not standard SATA (2.5) but Mini sata
    I just removed Blu-Ray drive 'cos I replaced it with Optibay - Cool thing

    I got it there are actually TWO types of small SATA port/connector
    That is why I couldn't get it connected ..!!
    One is MICRO SATA and second is SLIM SATA or slimline SATA

    this is MICRO SATA type

    Apparently
    There is no direct to USB 2.0
    It doesnt exist SLIM SATA to USB ?
    It needs PCB board to convert it ?

    that PCB ..
    but looks like it is normal SATA ordinary ..
    need to find slimline .. :)

    There is interesting Notice with this product !!
    copied from PDF manual :
    If the drive is only used for read-mode, you can operate it with the USB power supply but for write / burn mode, you need an additional power cable (ES&S Powerspider or tab from PC-power supply unit).
