I have to 256mb sticks of ram in my notebook... but i just found out that one of them is pc2100 and the other is pc2700.. i have a hp ze4910us and i was just wondering why they would do this... would it be because of the intergrated graphics? also does my memory run at one speed or do they both run at differents speeds?

No idea why they would do that. Possibly they has a surplus of 2700 sticks they wanted to move. The notebook uses PC2100 memory, so both sticks will run at PC2100 Speed.
