    Hello, I wonder if there is any way to check the ram specs I need for my dell m90? Also, where are some places I can buy them other than ebay? Thanks.

    Ebay is not all bad. I just picked up a namebrand USB2 PCMCIA card for a total of $5.36 including shipping.
