The warranty on my M1530 just expired a couple weeks ago and now things are starting to break. I can only get the sound to come out of the left speaker. I noticed the problem when I was using headphones. At first I thought my headphones were broken until I unplugged them and discovered that the sound was only coming out of the left speaker as well. There is no sound coming from the right speaker.

Also, I have been having troubles with my display. If the screen isn't open about 90 degrees or more the screen flickers and turns either green or purple. Normally this isn't a problem since I have the screen open enough that it doesn't occur, but it seems to be getting worse. The angle that I have to open it before the problem stops is increasing gradually.

Any help with these issues would be appreciated.

sounds like a loose monitor connector for the screen and with the speaker...who knows it could be blown.
