I highly recommend the Pinnacle PCTV 800e HDTV TV Tuner. It's a USB Stick, about the same size as a flash drive, and can get HD through Cable or Over the air through an included antenna. It also works exceptionally well with HP's Quickplay program (Windows Media Center only gets HD Antenna reception - don't know why).
