    Hello!

I got H81H3-TI motherboard with MXM slot and I'm trying to make it work. Few days ago MXM Quadro k610m fell into my hands.

First time I put it into slot , windows detected it! But after driver install stuck at code 43, windows stoped device.
Gpu-z showed me strange things, it recognized gk208 chip but not any other information. Empty memory, empty vbios and others.

After few days of tests without results I tried to flash new VBIOS (I found it in HP bios update package) into Videocard and bingo! Code 43 is gone! Some information in Gpu-z appeared! Strange thing is that original information from spi (I made backup) was about 1kb 0_o , new vbios is 172kb 0_o

But I wasn't happy for a long time cause even windows tryes to use quadro, it does not work properly. The clocks are to low all time, gpu load is 0-1%.

I thins it is fault of new Vbios I flashed into cards spi, but it is only vbios I found in the internet. In that case I asking someone ,who have this MXM videocard working, to make it's vbios backup and send it to me!

PS sorry for my not perfect English ^^

Hi! Thanks for the link, but it seems it is exact vbios file I found in internet and uploaded =)

About mxm formfactor: both pictures you send use same graphic card (and same slot), one with HP cooling device, second without.

May be you're right, but I don't know how can I check it. I got my card without cooler or radiator, as is, without any description

Well, OP card days Nvidia and has the checkmark symbol inside a square, the one that you link as being MXM is just like that, and the HP on with the cooler doesn't have the rectangle on the silkscreen, instead having only a round symbol and some part number, neither are present in OP card, so its safe to assume that OP card is just a generic MXM GPU and not some random HP card..

It seems my card is from Nvidia, not from HP

@gnomKOLIN As far as I am aware, there are no "founders edition" MXM cards ever produced, so no, Nvidia cannot be the producer of your MXM card, it is some other company down the chain. Anyway, I've attached a zip containing 2 vbios-es for k610m (don't ask how I got em). Hope they help and would appreciate your feedback once you test/flash.

P.S. Those are HP vbioses. If this card is not HP and the motherboard is not HP, chances are slim .. but oh well ..

Thanks a lot! But ... unfortunatley I've already sold my card
Sorry, I can't check vbioses you send. But please don't remove them, cause they may help other people
