    Hi there

Just a quick question - my laptop, an acer aspire 9300 series has only an output for the display to go to other displays such as a projector, and no other standard inputs for video.

Currently when I hook my Xbox 360 up to my laptop to take screen captures I have to use a PCMCIA slot video card (a generic conexant C8000) which only has a composite or S-Video input which isn't very good quality for the Xbox 360, but I do have the Xbox 360 lead with a VGA monitor input on it which I can hook up to my LCD TV and that provides better quality pictures because I can alter the resolution to fit.

So what I'm wondering is this, is there anyway I can get the VGA signal to input into my laptop via a TV card or something similar?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice :)

Depends on what type of TV card you have. If all you have is s-video, then that's what you're stuck with.
