    Hello , I have HP Compaq 6715S laptop , with Semron 3500+ Processor in it.
    I want to upgrade it to Turion X2.Can it be done and will my laptop cooler work with Turion , because I heard that Turion gets really hot.
    And witch is normal operating temperature for Turion processors ?

    1- you can upgrade to Turion X2 up to the TL68.
    a cheaper upgrade will be the TL58 and the TL60. Both those CPUs where sold with the 6715s

    2- do a bios update before the upgrade just in case.

    3- with the Sempron/Turion the temps go up to 60-65c (usualy) when undervolted.

    And can you tell me where can I find guide for undervolting
