I have a new Pavilion dv9205 but I have noted the following problem with every LCD screen I have tried. It is almost impossible to tell the difference between read and unread messages in Hotmail since the color is very close. This problem does not exist on CRT monitors as the colors are distinct. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Same here. I don't use Hotmail for anything I'd like to keep though, so my Inbox is almost always empty, so it's not a problem. Suggestion: switch to Gmail.
