Hello, I encountered recently a screen issue. When I would touch a certain part of the screen or create movement by moving/light tilting the screen, a particular part would get ripples, as if I pressed on it. Pressing behind the panel at that spot also creates the same effect. Is it a defect I can get a screen replacement for? Or is there a solution for that. I also happen to have a bright dot I can't get rid of by software or hands on techniques.

Of course is a defect.Nothing should happen when you tilt the screen. The bright dot is a stuck pixel and probably will remain like that.If you are under warranty contact the manufacturer.

    Advice:Stop the "hands on techniques".

I only did the hands on technique once ...and that's when I noticed a side ripple when I touched the bright dot so it is clearly not something I caused. My reseller says it's normal I don't know if he gets what I'm saying hough.

most companies have a dead pixel policy of more than 1 for a return
