    LCD Problem

    I replaced a broken LCD and the inverter on my XPS m1530. When I turn on power, the screen lights up initially but it reverts back to a black screen. Any suggestions?

    Also, when you're replacing the screen does it have to be the same resolution as the one you're removing?
