I forgot to apply K5 pro to these chips marked in red. What are the chances that the paste right below them spread up there anyways? Should I re-open it and repaste AGAIN? lol

    Thanks

PS: Don't worry, I cleaned up the paste situation in the CPU die after taking this picture, before putting the cooler on. I was, however, unable to remove all these thermal grease leftovers on the motherboard around the VRMs lol it just wouldn't come off

Those are the VRMs, you WANT to cool them, much more important to put K5 in those chips than in the inductors in fact.
With a tooth pick, some Q-tips and lots of patience you can clean all that up, but that will take its time.

Ugh, fine. After reading your reply I immediately turned the laptop off and opened it up. I repasted everything again. I'm now going to close it and I never want to open this laptop up ever again lol. Thanks!
