    Left - 2x512 MB Nanya DDR2 667
    Right - Upgraded to 2x 1GB Kingstone DDR2 667

    Memory tab

    SPD tab

The only difference is in memory tab; "Bank Cycle Time (tRC)" was 5 clocks and now is 21 clocks but on SPD tab there's also tRC and is 20 clocks before and after upgrade.
Can anyone explain if it was a good upgrade or not?

    Thanks

Prolly just an error on CPU-Z's part.

Even if it wasn't, in the grand scheme of things that one timing isn't going to make a difference. At all.

Good upgrade. I'd easily give up for slower ram rather than having not enough ram. Accessing the pagefile is horribly slow in comparison to ram.
