    Intel Turbo LOUD could be stopped ?( 2nd gen)

    Intel turbo loud serisouly ruin every laptops I owned before.
    For up to 10% performance boost, u get up to 3 times louder fan noise.
    Who bring up this "brilliant idea", I'm serisouly "appericated" ....... :mad: :mad:

    So, I just bought a SONY SB, yes, intel turbo loud activate again when I play games, therefore, the fan runs like a high picth engin--Serisouly super loud!

    I went to power advanced setting, and turned the processor state down to 88%
    (I have tried this method on my envy 15, 14, xps 14, mbp. It didn't work)

    It works !!!!

    Intel turbo LOUD never fly up again.

    I'm not sure if this feature is part of windows 7 SP1, but I'm serisouly appericated Intel turbo loud can finally give me a break :p :p

    Look, if you don't need Turbo Boost just go to the BIOS and disable it... :D

    you sure he is talking about turbo boost?

    what the heck is Turbo LOUD o_O

    there must be something wrong with his exhaust systems , or thermal paste , lots of factor
