I saw some notebooks the other day that has the same processor speed but different declaration like the T2300 and T2300 E
So wat does the E stands for? Is it much more superior than the normal 2300??

The T2300E, unlike the standard T2300, lacks a technology called Virtualization, which allows multiple operating systems to be run at the same time. That is the only difference, and it does not affect regular performance.

Short answer is that virtualisation allows your PC to run two or more operating systems simultaneously, where each running OS believes it has dedicated access to the machine.
Unless you're running a server, or plan on running linux from within windows (or vice versa) it's not essential.
