    Hi All,

Just purchased HP DV6-6001TX and is under warranty for 3yrs. My question if removed the HDD and install SSD in it will the warranty be void?

    Please advice on this matter.

No. They can't void the warranty unless they prove the damage was done by your new SSD. That being said if you ever have to send it in for warranty service be sure to send the original hard drive in with the laptop. HP (and other vendors for that matter) will "accidentally" misplace upgraded components.
