A google search hasn't helped. I have the Intel SSD Toolbox 3.0.2 version and my laptop has the 510 SSD.

Due to an unexpected power outage, I panicked a little and activated the DPIM management feature in the toolbox yesterday. I turned off the laptop this afternoon and after turning it back on I'm now affected by the dreaded intermittent system freezes which are symptomatic of the DPIM feature at work.

When you open system tuner, does it say feature is optimized? (DIPM) and no action required?

Found the option and set it to active, that does solve the problem in my first post. However, it's a bit annoying if I forget and decide to change power plans in the future. I was hoping for a way to disable the option I accidentally activated in the System Tuner if possible.

Yes, but that's not very helpful since it screws my system VERY badly when power management is on.

After following Zaanton's directions, I've reversed the Tuner's switching to DIPM state. I'll have to remember not to make the same mistake next time.
