    hi, i have a notebook dv6645us hp pavilion, and i have a Hitachi Travelstar 5K250 and i dont know why if i dont use the notebook, the core doesnt do any process the hard drive start to do noises like read or write, is it normal or not? and sometimes the soundcard do extranges noises like plop, i read at other thread the pavilions hard drive has vibrations, how can i fix this?

    You can use Feature Tool to change the acoustic management settings.
