    Hi all

    I was wondering if anyone knows if the ram I want to buy is compatible with my laptop which is a msi GX740.
    It has the first gen i7 740qm and has the hm55 chipset.
    The ram I'd like to buy is corsair 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 SODIMM Memory, 1333MHz (CMSO8GX3M2A1333C9)
