How do I tell if I have a 7200rpm drive?

Also I used HDTUne to benchmark my machine but don't know how to tell if my HD did well or not:

    Minimum: 5.5mb sec
    maximum: 28.9mb sec
    average: 24.5mb sec

    CPU usage: 6.3%
    Burst: 45.0
    access time: 20.3 seconds

(It seems I did better than the new HP reviewed on the site, my machine is rather old)

Also HD tune said my machine was healthy and had no errors but ran hot. it ranges from 60-67 celsius (up to 151 f) is this bad?

Well my dad ordered this a few years ago and it was top of the line for notebooks back then-which I though was 7200RPM
    Its a hitachi DK23fb

Before that I had an IBM cascade v2 but it died.

There are lots of utilities that will tell you about your hard drive. I like Everest. They used to have a free version for a non-networked PC, but it was discontinued. You can still get it from MajorGeeks at the link below. Just look under storage ==> ATA after you get it installed.
