hello, I purchased a compaq F756NR around april 23 its a budget laptop and i wasnt expecting much out of it but what made me pick it over the other ones was it had an NVIDIA GeForce 7000M.

i normally dont play many games on the pc/laptop so i really wasnt expecting to play COD4 on it at full with fast FPS, i have a consoles for games. but i do like the option that i could play games sure on low settings but hey i grew up in the 8bit era so gfx arnt everything to me.

well let me get to the point, i had a problem with my current laptop, it wont make recovery CD/dvds dont know why it just wont. i posted a question about if there was a fix for this in the HP forums, the next day or so i got an email telling me to call them. i did and pretty much they told me there gonna send me a new laptop a HP DV6700T but there upgrading the CPU to a T7250 and a High Capacity 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery, and something else i cant remember what.

now the thing is they cant give me the 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS i asked i even opted to pay the differance to have it, but they told me the board there using for it doesnt have the option for that so im stuck with the intel x3100 IGP.

can the x3100 play games on low settings? like i can play hellgate: london on lower setting while having model detail on high with avg 15fps and a max of 25fps yeah i know not the best but sometimes when im at work and i need a fix of hellgate its nice to have the option to play it.

since using the built in disc recovery creation issue isnt a big one to me(thanks acronis) should i stick with what i have or get the dv6700t?
