I just bought an HP Pavillion dv9207us that has 1GB (2dims) RAM memory and would like to upgrade to 2GB. The memory I need is apparently DDR2 533 but I'm confused as to how many pins does this laptop use (200 or 240).
I'm not literate in computer stuff and would greatly appreciate if you can point me to the correct product to buy.
    Please advise!

200 pin memory is for laptops, 240 is for desktops. Here is a 2GB kit for $74. Crucial is a top notch memory manufacturer, and Newegg.com is a premiere reseller. Good luck with the upgrade!
