The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. I have used CPU-Z to look at my spec of pc, and it says that my FSB is 166 mhz, yet it says my rated fsb is 665. Is that right or is there a problem, cuz i thought that 166 is low

    It's correct.
    Your laptop's FSB's clock is 166MHz, the FSB is like DDR (Dual-Rate so a 2x bonus) and it's Dual-lane (another 2x bonus).166 x 4 = 667.
