    Anyone know where I can find the plastic covering for my hp tx2500? Ive found lcd replacements but the lcd isnt broken just the plastic outside of it. Heres a picture

    That top plastic panel is more than just a transparent plastic sheet. I think it also includes the digitizer. Take a look at this eBay listing, I’m not sure whether this is the outer most plastic panel you are looking for, or something that comes behind the cracked cover. Contact the seller and ask for more details.

    I think your cheapest option would be to buy a skin to cover it up. They cost between $20-25 and you can even have them do custom pictures -- like the picture of the person that broke the laptop! :D

    One vendor is SkinIt and there are several others.
