    Hi I'm about to purchase mentioned notebook and I'm wondering if i'll be able to find european power cord for it? Does anyone know where I can buy it?

    Yeah, all you need is the proper adapter for the country you will be using it in. The power bricks are 120/240 capable already. RadioShack sells the adapters for >$3 apiece.

    So it means that I can use the same cord in the US and Euprope? Its just a matter of different plug...

    Yes. If you look here you will find the adapter for most of Europe and the middle east. I bought these, and a couple of these for our travels. That way we were covered for wherever we might go. But you don't want to use the converters on your laptop. They are not recommended for extended use. They get worked when my wife dries her hair :rolleyes: and I wouldn't push them hard enough to charge my battery.

    If you are concerned just look on your power brick, you will see "input 100-240V" indicating the dual voltage use ;) .
