I have a toughbook so first off the hard drive may be jostled around in my backpack daily.
I recently bought a new 500gb hard drive to replace the old 80gb stock one and instead of doing a fresh install I duplicated the image over. The OS (W7) is working perfectly and no problems encountered until I let windows CHKDSK run.
It found several errors, mainly I am curious if the error:

Deleting corrupt attribute record (128, "")
    from file record segment 1234.....

Is this something to worry about or is it all good?

Sounds like a file system problem, possibly caused by restoring the image to a drive bigger than it originally fit on. Bad sectors/blocks mean there's something wrong with the hard drive, file system errors usually do not.
