My wife's netbook's screen was recently damaged. I am looking for a replacement screen, I found this site https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/ASUS/EEE~PC~1025C/ but I am not sure on which model to get. The bottom two look correct but the number on the screen I see is 309667 not 309105 given on that site.

If I search by part number I get this page, https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/screen-part-number/M101NWT2/ and still the item ID's don't match up. Can anyone help me out finding the right screen for an asus eee-pc 1025c?

IMHO, it really shouldn't matter. Just get the 10.1" screen which should have a resolution of 1024x600 and it should have the following connector:
    Connector Link

The ID's may be small revisions on the screen manufacturers end. But they all appear to be the same.

If you're really unsure after researching, contact Acer support and/or the support for the seller/vendor. They should be able to affirm whether the screen is compatible or not - but really, as long as it takes the same connector to the board (same pin count) and is capable of fitting the bezel physically, then unless it has a lamp that requires a different inverter, you should be good.

As Misdemeanor pointed out, the variance in part numbers might just mean there was an insignificant revision.

Who knows if those are actual pics of the screens they have on that page. If they are, they are different form factors and the connectors are in different locations. The two on the bottom look like they are slim LCDs, since the controller board is sticking out on the bottom.

Have you taken apart the Eee to see what the original screen looks like? If you do that, you can match the exact screen and revision number instead of buying one of these (maybe) "compatible" screens.
