    Any laptops support the Core i7 series? what chipset is it?

    Sager is releasing one in a few months. But other than that nope.

    We dont expect nehelem until later this year at the earliest

    The Sager NP9280 so far is the only one that supports i7 right now, but its the desktop i7, which is why no other notebooks have it. Soon an i7 mobile core will appear in Q4 of this year.

    The sager 9280 has X58 chipset with tripple ddr3 channel.
