Does someone here know whether or not Intel already discontinued the X9100 cpu? I am asking this because the X9100 is not mentioned on any of these pages:

    1.
    http://processorfinder.intel.com/List.aspx?ParentRadio=All&ProcFam=2559&SearchKey=

    2.
    http://www.intel.com/products/processor/core2xe/specifications.htm

    3.
    http://www.intel.com/products/processor_number/chart/core2xe.htm?iid=pn_ov+list_c2xe

    4.
    http://ark.intel.com/cpu.aspx?groupId=35431

On the 4th page you can see that the CPU has been retired/discontinued. What's up with this?

The first 3 links are for DESKTOP Core 2 duo Extreme processors. That's why you didn't find the x9100.

    I think they haven't discontinued it YET. . .

Also, this may be the link you were looking for: http://ark.intel.com/ProductCollection.aspx?familyID=34520
