I have a dell inspiron 1520 with the following RAM:

    2GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm

Does anyone know if I can upgrade to 4GB of RAM using mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667? Does laptop need to be taken apart for this operation?

    Thanks!!

Also look at support.dell.com for a service manual on how to install memory on your laptop.

Does mushkin have the cheapest price? Since the manufacture of memory is not important when buying laptop ram, just look for the cheapest price with a lifetime warranty.
