    Im getting a D620 for cheap but the cpu is slow T2300 1,66Ghz Core Duo, Can i just buy a T2600 2,16Ghz and upgrade? Im mean should there be any complications ??

    You can do it, but you'll have no warranty. Unless you have a specific need, upgrading the CPU won't make much of a difference as most people do not push their CPUs. Upgrading to a faster hard drive or adding more memory will offer a bigger performance boost.
