I'm looking into buying 4GB of RAM for the VAIO Z series VGN-Z590, and am hoping to find it cheaper than it has available at the customization window. You can find it here at the customization window for $150.

$150 for 2x2GB DDR3-1066 is a pretty good upgrade price. (and the RAM will be covered by Sony !!)

At this point DDR3 is cheaper from MFG than on your own.
