Which of the three are better? If I buy one to use in an older laptop which has sata I or II, will the performance of the drive be capped?
Overall which of the three has better performance/ reliability, keeping in mind they are all around the same price range?
    Take care

Of those three, I would vote for the 128GB M4 and yes, the performance of the SATA3 drives will be capped in a SATA2 platform and all will be capped in a SATA1 platform.

If you can get a 160GB Intel 320 Series SSD (to match a SATA2 system), I would bet on that for the best balance of performance/reliability.
