Three programs - three different Voltage/Freq readings.
    Why so?

Sometimes CPU-Z is wrong? Take those programs with a grain of salt, HWMonitor said my OCZ Agility 2 was 96C.

The bottom left one is correct. That really old version of CPU-Z you have up there doesn't know about speed stepping and is showing your frequency and voltage as if you were at full clocks and not downclocked. However, why you would make fuss about a difference in a very old and a current update of the same program is beyond me.

CPU-Z is an excellent program and is always updated quickly when new stuff comes out to report on it accurately.

And rightmark? Don't look at that garbage.

I use that garbage to undervolt my cpu and until there is something better, I will stick with it.

Why am I asking about new CPU-Z? Because the voltage it is showing has nothing to do with my setting. The set minimum is 1.0625 and it shows 0.950V. The max frequency is 2100 and it shows it at 2200.

I thought Rightmark was good for older Core 2 based CPU for undervolting. Or are you just talking about monitoring? I've had great success with Rightmark for my Vostro 1500..

RMclock was good for undervolting, but throttlestop uses less CPU so I use it instead.

Uses less CPU as in usage of the CPU or is better inherently?

    This.

Though I don't know if rmclock is better since you can set the voltage for every multi and not just the highest.

    EDIT: unclewebb knows best:

Guess you don't need to set the voltage for every multi, just for the highest one.

Interesting. How about mid-high multipliers? Is changing their Voltage effective?
And why is RMClock voltages ~0.1v higher than CPU-Z's indications?

i used RM Clock with my T9400 in Dv6.. it worked ok but i need to do additional modifications because of .5 multiplier... also wouldn't trust its CPU detection ability... CPU-Z is more accurate for sure.
