This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is the upgrade from a PDC T3400 to a C2D6400 worth the extra 100usdollars that said upgrade will cost me if I choose that option?

    What are you using your computer for? If you are tight on a budget and just do day-to-day tasks such as Word, Excel, web browsing, listening to music, you won't notice much of a difference.
