    hi, quadro k4100m would work in ALW m18x laptop ? i am really interested about the difference between gtx vs quadro performance on expensive polygons in my 3d solid works. :)

    It probably won't work.. Your safest bet is to get a 680M/780M/880M... Those should work.. However for CAD, AMD cards seems to be better.. 7970M should also be an option.. Your best bet however it to head to the Alienware M18x forum.
