Can i replace an integrated video card in a laptop? Are there external video cards i could use?
I have Mobile IntelĀ® Graphics Accelerator 4500MHD and i don't think this will be able to run any modern games.
Do you think i can run any newer games?

You cannot upgrade from the X4500. There are at least one or two external graphics solutions in the making (and have been in the making for a long time now), though I do not know if any have actually made it to the market yet.

You could replace the motherboard, but I would say that it would be un-adviseable. You would run into problems if you replaced the motherboard with one from a different model. Even if the port arrangement is identical, there would still be problems.

Ok, sounds like it's a "no".

I guess I'll have to stick with console gaming for a while.

    Thanks for the quick answers.

They may be coming out with External Graphics Cards soon, but they may require special ports and requirements.
