What CPU/GPU temperature monitoring utility would you guys recommend? Ideally, I'd like to have a single app that does both, and can provide a graph with the temperature history of all CPU and GPU cores. Sidebar or tray applet would be fine. GPU-Z comes pretty close to what I want, but it doesn't do CPUs. Oh, and I need something that works with both 32bit and 64bit Win7.

    TIA for any pointers!

CPUID Hardware Monitor shows temperatures of CPU (every core separately) and GPU.

    CPUID Hardware Monitor
    Everest?
    Speedfan

Those are my suggestions. I personally use CPUID HWMonitor, as it is easy to use, and provides accurate temp readings. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a system tray icon.
