    hey, yesterday i was gonna a dvd on my laptop so i opened the cd drive and pulled it open a bit hard and i heard a click!, so now when i put a dvd in i makes a noise like its workin but doesnt come on!, any1 know how to fix it thx

    Did the drive work prior and do you have Nero installed?
